It is always important to have questions to ask at the end of the interview.  Prepare at least 5-10 questions you could ask, so that some are left to ask at the end even if others automatically get answered during the conversation.  Want some ideas?  Check out this article for explanations related to these five suggested questions:

  • “What are the one or two things that really drive results for the company?”
  • “What are the common attributes of your top performers?”
