Position Title: Weekend Cleaning/Pool Attendant Location: Downtown Milwaukee Basic Function: Assist in cleaning of condominium building common areas, maintain pool Location: Downtown Milwaukee Starting Wage: $9.00 per hour (Official holidays receive holiday pay.) Work Days: Every weekend, all holidays Hours Per Week: 6-12 hours (Please note that applicants seeking more than 12 hours per week will not be considered for the position.) Position Available: Immediately JOB REQUIREMENTS: High school education or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing Possesses mechanical aptitude Capable of physical tasks (i.e. shoveling, sweeping, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing 900+ lb. dumpster) Reliable, courteous, responsible personality Comfortable working around a diverse group of people SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with clearing snow from sidewalks, seasonally Clean and maintain pool, seasonally Clean common area bathrooms Assist with work orders Empty common area garbage receptacles Sweep/mop/vacuum common areas, as needed Assist with landscaping tasks (i.e. mowing, trimming) Set-up/clean party room, as directed Be helpful and courteous to all residents/guests Other duties, as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Manager If you are interested in the position, please respond with the following to: email@example.com 1) a cover letter introducing yourself and answering the following questions: How many hours total will you be working elsewhere/going to school per week?
