Apartment Change Request - Grohmann Tower

    This form is used for those current residents who are requesting to move to a new apartment location within the Grohmann Tower apartment building. This form should be completed and returned to the Grohmann Tower Building Manager at the requester's earliest convenience.


    Assignment of a new apartment is determined by a few considerations (including, but not limited to): 1) the date that this form/inquiry/request is submitted; 2) availability of apartment; 3) occupancy issues (number of residents requesting such an apartment style); and 4) considerations worked out between current and new occupants (based upon resident eligibility).


    This form can be submitted at any time.
