     Applicants must be female and legal residents of Racine County, Wisconsin.

     Applicants must be enrolled in a either a two or four-year accredited degree-granting

    Institution as a full-time student (12 or more credit hours per semester).

     As of the fall semester, 2015, four year applicants must be enrolled as either juniors or

    seniors. Two year accredited institution applicants must be sophomores.

     Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above.
