We needed to block the links to limit any potential risks before sending out a notifications. You should have received a warning from Dr. Berry, and then two additional emails from IT. We sincerely appreciate the help from the community in getting the word out.
The timing of this phishing email was inconvenient, and it made it appear legitimate. We will make an effort to alert the community in a more timely fashion in the future. I'm trying to make more use of the HUB to convey messages, and that should help.

While this may seem like a useful message in light of the current e-mail problems, this is clearly a pfishing attack, and may result in the infection of your machine and your credentials being compromised.
